What's New This Year?
New for 2010 at Camp Arye...
- Camp Arye will be broken down into two four week sessions! These sessions will be broken down by age. The first four weeks, June 14-July 9 will be for children ages 5-14. This session will feature a mainstream option for campers where appropriate at the discretion of the Camp Arye Director. The second four weeks, July 12-August 6 will be for teens and young adults ages 15-22. There will be no mainstream option this session.
- The self-contained unit at Camp Hoover will be available for individuals 13-21. Campers in this unit can choose to attend EITHER the first OR second session.
- Second session campers will go on two field trips! They will go on a tour of Graeter's and have lunch at the park on one day and have a fun afternoon of bowling for their second field trip!
- Camp Arye familes must become members of the Jewish Community Center. For summer 2010, Camp Arye families must become members of the JCC during the time that their camper is enrolled in Camp Arye. The cost for a 4 week membership is $160 plus tax and families will have access to all of the JCC's fabulous facilities including the indoor and outdoor pools, gym, fitness center and more!
