Parent Packs
Below, you will find the links to each camp’s 2010 Parent Pack. The parent pack is intended to give you all the details necessary to ensure your child’s camp experience will be an amazing one. Please print out all of the forms listed under your child’s camp. Once you’ve perused through the forms, please fill out all the necessary paperwork and send it back to the Camp Office at 1125 College Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43209 [NO LATER THAN JUNE 1st].
The safety of your children is of the utmost importance to the camping department, and therefore, it is critical to mention that campers will not be allowed to come to camp until we have received the completed Camper Health History Form 1 (listed in each parent pack, with the exception of Yeladim). Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 559.6251. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a fabulous summer!

Regardless of the camp your child is attending, you must print out the documents in the General Camps category AND the documents for your child's specific camp.
