Horseback Riding Camp

July 26-30, 2010

For campers entering 1st – 8th grade

Calling all Chaverim 1st-3rd graders AND Hoover campers!! Join us for a week-long horseback riding specialty camp at Liberty Horse Farm, the official stable of the Ohio State Equestrian Team! You will spend every morning for a week taking horseback riding lessons and learning other horsemanship skills.

Transportation will be provided to and from the stable. All campers are required to wear long pants (preferably jeans) and close-toed shoes on days they will be horseback riding. It is recommended that campers bring a pair of shorts to change into for the afternoon when they return to camp and it is too hot for jeans! If campers own a helmet of any sort (horseback riding specific or biking, skateboarding, etc), it is recommended that they bring it with them. Campers will be separated during horseback riding by camp (Chaverim and Hoover campers will not be together). There is a maximum of 20 kids per camp, so sign up ASAP to reserve your spot!
